With the Covid 19 lockdown at its height, unable to help those struggling during the pandemic through voluntary work, and with time on her hands, Hannah's thoughts turn to her own long forgotten struggles. The past flooded back. At the age of 45, and with her children grown up, Hannah decided that the time had come to start a new life on her own. Not wishing to be financially reliant on the husband she was leaving, Hannah pondered on how she was going to support herself. With no formal qualifications Hannah realised that her only real talents were 'running a house, cooking, gardening and looking after people'. So she signed up with an agency providing temporary live-in help to those encountering difficult times - but would she be able to meet both her personal and sometimes hilarious employment challenges looking after a diverse selection of people.
