'The Strangers of Braamfontein' is the story of African immigrants trying to eke out a living for themselves in the underbelly of Johannesburg. The plot follows the life of Osas, a struggling Nigerian artist, who flees the uncertainties of life in his country to South Africa with the hope of making something for himself, but on getting to his destination finds out that his only option for survival lies with working for a Nigerian drug cartel.
