The library presents... a talk with author Carolyn Kirby

In this richly illustrated talk, Carolyn explores the world inhabited by the characters of Ravenglass through the material culture of the early Georgians.  She has chosen eight objects from the book that explain how the foundations of modern Britain were laid at this pivotal time. 

The 40 minute talk will be followed by an audience Q&A and an opportunity to  purchase a signed copy of Ravenglass.
