Junk journaling is a calming, creative art process where children make a visual journal using collage and mixed media — supporting self-expression, mindfulness and emotional wellbeing.
This Children’s Mental Health Week, find your place to be, at Chesham Library and join artist Emily Brown in this fun and creative session where you’ll learn how to make your own junk journal, with stickers, scraps, beads, fabric and more. All materials are provided but please feel free to bring special scraps and items you might like to add.
This is a family session please come ready to create together.
